Boston & New York: various publishers, various dates 1825 - 1841. Sammelband of eight octavo sermons bound in contemporary full pebbled black morocco by P. Low (with his label at the rear pastedown), the spine in six compartments separated by raised bands, lettered & ruled in gilt. All edges gilt, ribbon marker sewn in.
Joints & edges a bit rubbed, sermons bound without wraps, small early label of Little & Brown, "Booksellers & Importers" at the front pastedown, ownership signature of Sarah Pickering Pratt at the ffep, modest toning & sporadic foxing, brief pencil annotations in the margins of one page, otherwise very good.
