Book I: xvi, 196 p.p. plus errata page. With ninety-five in-text illustrations. Book II: [seperate pagination] 64 p.p., plus [3] folding illustrations showing mechanical wheels and pulley's. Covers dampstained, soiled. Some paper torn and lifting at foot of front cover and top of rear cover. Endpapers yellowed. Pages lightly foxed. Otherwise in very good condition. The first book deals with the fundamentals of mechanical engineering. The second book offers principles of tool knowledge for workmen and industrial schools.
