Note: I Was Told These Were Given Out With Lifetime Memberships For A Few Years After The Publication, Unverified At This Point. The Covers Show Mild To Moderate Wear With A Small Sticker Pull To The Upper Fc Corner, Not Bad, And A Few Creases To The Rc. 116 Pages. Photos Available.
