With 100 charming illustrations in the text. ¶ Paz, directeur du Grand Gymnase Médical, was the most ardent promotor of Gymnastics in France those days, and became the French champion of gymnastics. During his youth Paz was curred from neuralgic complains as the result of gymnastics exercise and hydrotherapy. He took up studies in anatomy, physiology and gymnastics. He was a student of H. Triat, the precursor of power lifting.
