Illustrated with a black and white photographic frontispiece, and black and white in-text illustrations and maps throughout. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents, with a few light marks to the bottom edge of the text block and faint offsetting to the endpapers, are otherwise clean throughout and without stamps or inscriptions.
