Four plates, including frontispieces, to each volume, all by Salg. Illustrated dust jackets to each volume, excepting The Clue at Skeleton Rocks and The Mystery at Dark Star Ranch. Kidnapped in the Jungle and Copperhead Trail Mystery in orange boards with black lettering to spine and silver gray lettering outlined in black; remaining volumes gray cloth with red lettering.
Dust jackets chipped, rubbed, and soiled. A few with tears and the Doom of Stark House with a long tear to front flap, but remains intact. Red discoloration to flaps of several volumes. Boards worn with brief exposure to edges; abrasion with discoloration and fraying to front of Dark Star Ranch. Bindings sound. Ownership inscriptions to front of many volumes, though pages largely unmarked.
