Frontispiece a b&w photograph of the members of the Biochemistry Department, University of Cambridge, in 1930. Introduction by Dronamraju; Foreword by Joshua Lederberg; contributions by Elof Axel Carlson, Freeman Dyson, Yaron Ezrahi, Ernst Mayr, Avrion Mitchison, Max Perutz and David Weatherall. Good in Good jacket. Boards bumped in the bottom corner; spine ends a bit pushed in. Text tanned and dull at the edges, with a soiled patch on the top edge. Jacket has obvious wear and creasing to its edges and corners, particularly around the foot of its spine (which has a couple of chips) and to the bottom edge of its front (which has a creased closed tear). Both faces are rubbed and have picked up a few marks.
