Colour illustrated green paper wraps (4s 4d including 10d Purchase Tax in lower margin of upper cover), general instructions inside upper cover. Notes and drawings by Margaret and Alexander Potter inside lower cover. 6 leaves of thin card printed in colours on 1 side only, a manor house, tithe barn, cottage row, farmhouse with outbuildings, to cut out and assemble. Spine slightly worn, 70 mm (2¾") split at top of spine, small very light crease to corner of covers and pages, 15 mm (¾") closed tear to upper edge of both covers, 2 minute chips at top edge, minute tip of upper corners of covers missing, staples rusty, otherwise clean, crisp and never folded, no inscriptions.
