Edited and accessible version of the Hallesche Heitumcodex. The original parchment codex is a volume in the format of 38 x 28 cm with 428 leaves. Our copy presents an account of the relics acquired by Cardinal Albrecht von Brandenburg for the Neue Stift (Church) just before the Reformation. It is illustrated with 180 pages of b/w engravings of the Cardinal's holdings and some reproductions in the text. Text in German. Light wear along edges of binding with block lightly age-toned. Binding and interior in overall very good condition.
