Color foldout frontispiece map, 29 color maps (many foldout, including foldout map in rear pocket), advertisement endpapers. Very good. Binding ever so slightly edgeworn; ownership signature/address on front flyleaf. A tight and quite nice eighth revised edition of one of the all-time classic Japanese travel guides. Several of the larger foldout maps have discreet, expert archival mends on versos, but all are present and attractive.
