A very nice bright copy. Slight lean to binding. Inside there is some foxing (some pages have fairly large splashes of foxing), and there are 3 small name stamps (one on free front endpaper, the other 2 on the half-title page). Very good. 205 pp./cat.2pp. This is the first publication in book form of this title. It was the only Henty title published in the USA before the UK edition. see Newbolt 102.1 Note 3
