The sheet has been folded once, and there is no address on it. The recipient's name is a guess (Mr. Ashton Jonson) and the text of the note is in regards to a poem or some poems that had been set to music by Frederic Ayres. This correspondence is entirely handwritten (autograph). The text is on the Verso Only. ; Signed by Author .
