But this year their festivities are disrupted by the arrival of two refugees with nowhere else to go. Written by Dame Daphne du Maurier, Lady Browning, an English novelist, biographer and playwright. In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is smart with a 1" closed tear to the tail of the spine. Sunning to the spine and panel edges. Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
