Poor, Binding is sound but page 9/10 is loose with leading edge torn & creased (no loss to text), shelfwear, abrasion & fraying to spine ends & corners, 3cm tear to spine heel rear hinge, blue boards with illustrated front board & spine are clean (though with a little fading), but spine is browned, all corners inflected, School Prize Bookplate on FFEP, bottom corner of half-title page has been torn off, soiling & foxing to pages/NO DUST JACKET. 185 pages, with black & white frontispiece.
