George H. Doran Company, 1915. Hardcover. Very Good. The story of the Happy Hollow Farm in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Lighton, a fiction writer, bought the run-down farm in 1908. The farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. 5.25" x 7.75". Olive green cloth boards with white titles, mounted B&W plate on the front cover, 318 pages, illustrated with B&W photos. Condition: Wear to head and tail of spine, lightly bumped corners, light scratches to photo plate on front cover, some very small spots of discoloration to cloth boards. ½" rip to front paste-down endpaper at hinge. Photo plate opposite page 22 has a wrinkled corner and page 23 has a ½" rip. Clean and unmarked throughout.
