Four thousand copies of htis book have been printed by The Lakeside Press, R.R. Donnelly & Sons Company, from Linotype Garmound and printed on the Cameron book production system on 55# Dontext. The binding cloth is Holliston Black Novelex. Hardcover. 8vo. Arkham House 1975. The jacket is the work of Frank Utpatel. 256 pp. Includes Mylar protective covering taped to board.
