SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping rates are based on an average book weight of 2 pounds, which is sufficient for most books. REFUNDS Full refunds (including shipping costs) will be extended for books that arrive damaged or that were incorrectly listed online. Customers who change their minds about a book may return it--in the condition it left our store--for a refund of the book price, but we will not be responsible for shipping costs in these cases.
