A very rare item, understandably so, because using it means destroying it. Nothing to read here other than the instructions, which can be found on the inside of the covers. The remaining pages are meant to be cut up in order to assemble your haunted house. All pages are stiff card stock. A large, thin book, it hasn't escaped the past 30+ years unscathed, but almost. The top right front corner is turned and the book doesn't lay perfectly flat, but if you decide to assemble the house, that won't matter. There are just a few of these on the market, priced substantially higher than mine.
