This copy has some very light pagedge soil and two small stains at the top edge of the front board. The jacket has some light rubbing wear, some edgewear, chipping at the top of the spine and two small stains on the reverse of the front panel. A great book, authors' first. Slade is a pseudonym for a father daughter writing team, their first collaboration. They have since written several others in the series. One of the best horror novels that I have personally ever read and a great example of irony in a novel..
Sinopsis
Michael Slade is pseudonym for Jay Clarke , a Vancouver-based trial lawyer specializing in cases for the criminally insane. As both defense and Crown counsel, he has been active in over one hundred murder cases. This background provides inspiration for his series of Special X thrillers. He is the author of six previous books, including Primal Scream, Evil Eye, Ripper, Cutthroat, Ghoul, Headhunter , and Burnt Bones .
