This book is being puchased for a course I am taking in college. It is a great book that gives you a great understanding of how the human mind works and uncovers many misunderstood information you may have about health and how your mind and behavior as well as other factors play a big part in how your health is affected. If your a person who likes to discover the human mind and health topics or are interested in studying psychology this is the book for you.
