The internal Security Act consisted of Title I, or the Subversive Activites Control Act of 1950, or the Mundt-Nixon Act, and Title II, the Emergency Detention Act of 1950, also known as the McCarran Act. These acts dealth with Japanese-American citizens and the establiment of detention or relocation centers established as a result of WWII .
