Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean with beautifully penned previous owner inscription on front free endpaper dated 1906. Frontispiece illustration by Harrison Fisher with clean tissue guard. Intermittent foxing to pages, otherwise clean. 187 pages..
