New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1961. Pretty nice copy. Black cloth with gold lettering on spine clean and fresh. Small, neat signature and 4/62 on front endpaper but no other markings. Tight and square. Boards have light soiling but mostly disappear into black color. Some rings on rear panel. Price intact jacket is a nice one with no color fade or chips, tears or creasing. In mylar. . Revised Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
