Slightly sunned spine, edgewear, small head chips, torn tissue. Foxed newspaper clipping of George F. Root's lyrics to "Just Before the Battle, Mother", undated in a column entitled Songs of the Civil War laid in on pp. 312-13. [Note: uniform with James G. Gregory binding]..
