Helen's sixteenth birthday present is an audition at the Lincoln School of Ballet. Readers will be enchanted with this story and its true atmosphere of a real ballet school. Blue cloth boards, dark blue title to spine. B/w chapter headers. Third impression (undated). Boards a little mottled and marked. Spine is a little cocked. Name in pencil to top edge of front endpaper (erasure has been attempted unsuccessfully). Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is edge-worn and torn with a little loss, repaired to verso with clear tape, rear panel is a little grubby.
