Sobre este artículo

Published by George Newnes Ltd., 1944. Hardback. Very Good/Good. Illustrated by McGavin, Hilda. Very good condition in an almost very good dustwrapper. More stories of Mr. Twiddle, who makes the most ridiculous mistakes and does the most amazing things, much to the surprise and annoyance of his wife! Green cloth, black titles. B/w illustrations. Spine and corners slightly bumped. Small rust(?) spot to lower edge of rear cover. Covers ever so slightly faded. Front free-endpaper has been neatly removed. Heavy foxing to endpapers and outer page edges else contents clean. Price-cut wrapper is slightly edge worn and grubby but only minimal loss.

Reseñas

El Oct 10 2011, Peacockaligmailcom dijo:
The Mr Twiddle series of books were a firm favourite from my childhood. The storyline may be somewhat dated now, with many references to customs and objects that no longer exist; hence the "probably would recommend" rating I gave this book. However, the stories of Mr Twiddle's silliness can still elicit a chuckle from me and I thouroughly enjoyed revisiting my childhood whilst reading this book.
