Sobre este artículo
London: Heinemann, 1965. First edition. Cloth. Near Fine/Very Good Indeed. 8" by 5.5". None. A very smart first edition of this early novel from Hunter Davies, with the original dust wrapper. First edition. Set in the swinging sixties, this novel follows shy and sensitive Jamie McGregor who lives in a council flat as he attempts to achieve his dream of sleeping with a girl from a semi-detached house. Written by Hunter Davies, a British author, journalist, and broadcaster who wrote the only authorised biography of the Beatles. With the original price-clipped dust wrapper, featuring the scarce stick on lenticular lips. In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear only. Original price-clipped dust wrapper is also very smart with light shelf wear and minor chipping to the extremities. The odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Near Fine
