[4], 375, [1], 423, [9], 320, 102, [2] p.: music; 16 cm. Contemporary dark green morocco with blind-ruled borders; binding wraps around, with engraved metal clasp attaching flap to front board. All page edges gilt. Pale yellow moire endpapers. Bound with, as issued (with separate title pages): Het Boek der Psalmen nevens de Gezangen (Amsterdam: Nederlandsche Bijbel-Compagnie, 1854); and Evangelische Gezangen, om nevens het Boek der Psalmen (Amsterdam: J. Brandt en Zoon, 1849). Also contains: Catechismus of Onderwijzing de Christelijke Leer. Scarce. In Very Good Condition: edges are rubbed, with minor loss at head of front joint; flap is starting to separate at each end, but still solid; clean and tight.
