Emmaculate plates; no foxing, soiling, aging, or any other kind of stain. REBACKED in plain silk, matching the cream colored silk covered boards, so no backstrip lettering; no author, title, etc. Upper board a very attractive gilt lettered & multi colored tableau of playing children. Bottom board much simpler in b/w. Bottom board rubbed. Both boards with minor edgewear. TEG. Marbled eps. Tight, no cracked signatures, loose leaves or plates. Two, and only two, tissue guards have wrinkled. .
