Jacket heavily edge chipped and worn and usual, but complete and fairly attractive. Handsome, tight nice first edition of this notable residences survey, sorted into the twelve states that constitute the Midwest. Front pastedown bears the lovely bookplate of J. Eric Anderson (1922-2013), a noted Illinois architect who served as president of the Northern Illinois chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
