Sobre este artículo
Gerald, Missouri: The Patrice Press, 1981. First Edition(so Stated) . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Signed, inscribed and dated on the title page by the author as follows: "To Byron Grosfield-/Aubrey L. Haines/Feb. 18, 1982/" On the ffep at the top is the name "Byron Grosfield" and just beneath this is stated 'from John Lyons(?)-1982/". The volume itself has dark & light brown covers with gilt lettering on the spine and a gilt image of a wagon on the front cover. 439 pages, 394 Site descriptions, 104 photos, and 24 maps. Included are many historic sites not necessarily related to the covered wagon emigration-stage stations, Pony express buildings, graves and battlefields of the Indian Wars. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality Brodart cover. Dj has a small tear at the top of the front cover near the spine. However, the dj looks quite presentable in its protective cover. Aubrey L. Haines was the first Park Historian for Yellowstone National Park and sadly passed away on September 10, 2000. A quite nice, author signed, first edition, copy; available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
