Sobre este artículo
Title: The History Of The Doctrine Of Endless PunishmentAuthor: Thomas B. Thayer
Hardcover. 250 pages
Undated stereotype edition. Published by the Universalist Publishing House, Boston.
This book is from a personal family collection.
I have done a lot of online research into this particular edition and was unable to find any matching edition being sold by any online dealer or retailer which leads me to believe that it is a rare/scarce edition. I can only generally date it as being from the mid to late 1800's. The first edition was 1855. Originally owned by my grandparent (he was born in the late 1800's).
This does not appear to be a first edition, but probably an early reprint of the 1st edition???
Condition: Good. There is an inscription on the inner cover. Gilded gold lettering on spine still looks shiny. Binding is tight. See photos taken from several angles showing spine and edges. There are no markings or underlines on interior pages, which are clean and unmarked. Please consult photos for best idea of condition.(previous owner filled in a missing portion of the original title on the title page as per the photo, but all other pages are unmarked within the book).
