This book is a very in-depth study of doll houses and all that goes into them. The book's exterior has worn areas on all four corners and some creases on the rear cover on the upper left top and left bottom corners. The interior book has an inscription to a former owner from grand mother on the first inside page, but outside of that distraction there are no further visible distractions or extraneous markings throughout it and thus all of the printing and photographs/illustrations are all in a very well-preserved and thus readable and enjoyable condition. The interior book is also still well glued into its cover.
