Hardcover with dustjacket, "covers the long story of development in this field from its first, little-recorded beginnings in the East, to the spectacularly unprecedented official London peace display of June 8th, 1945 - With Eight Plates in Colour, Thirty-two in Half-tone and Line Blocks in the Text," the dark blue cloth cover is faded near the top edge, the blank end-papers have moderate foxing, and the outer edge of the pages have mild tanning, the binding is tight and the contents are fine, the jacket, the jacket has a good amount of edge-wear which includes a 1-inch chunk missing from the bottom of the rear panel, the original price is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included; 280 pages .
