None located in OCLC with the lace samples bound-in. An exceptionally beautiful and thorough treatise on lace accompanied by many illustrations. The most outstanding feature of this volume is the addition of the 6 supplementary plates to which are affixed the labeled lace samples. They are of Old Italian, Chantilly Point, Old Spanish, Jorchon, Brussels Point, Valenciennes, Malines, Chioggia, Duchesse Point, Renaissance Point, Honiton, and Venetian Rose Point. An unusual and beautiful copy.
