This is a facsimile of a volume originally published in 1911 (according to info on the obverse of the title page), with an added all-name index. We find no explanation in this volume of the discrepancy between the terminal year of the history (1916) and the original publication date. Black and white illustrations are a bit degraded in reproduction from the original, but the text is crisp.
