History of Louisiana written by the French negotiator of the Louisiana Purchase. This copy in period binding that is edge worn with cloth torn at the joints, and a chipped paper spine label. Book is clean and tight but with a closed tear to the front end paper and foxing. A good tight, solid copy. Howes B115.
