Small spot of colour loss to upper cover, dust staining to top edge of text block, light foxing to fore-edge, text quite bright and clean. Presumably the author's copy, no evidence of this in the book itself, but does have some associated ephemera, including a letter to the author from a reviewer and the author's signed copy of his contract with CUP for the publication of the book. With Signed Contract. First Edition. Hardback. Good+/Good. 8vo.
