Includes a facsimile of Mrs. Stevenson's manuscript, facsimile inscription signed by his uncle from the reward book he received for winning, and facsimile of RLS's early signature. Printed blue paper covers, pamphlet stitched with blue cord. Presented in a folded brown envelope, to which an A. Edward Newton bookplate and a Charles Dexter Allen bookplate are affixed. Thin duodecimo. 5 x 7.5 in.10 pp. A wonderful copy of Stevenson's earliest know composition.
