1947 three volume hardcover set as pictured. An handsome set. This is a detailed history of the northern tier of western New York State with many photographs/illustrations and extensive indexing. Volumes one and two detail the history of the region and individual counties. Volume three features short biographies of prominent citizens. All three volumes are bound in blue cloth with green and gold stamping. All show some edge wear, gently bumped corners and light soiling of edge of text block. Endpapers show an early map of the region. Texts are lightly tanned but appear otherwise clean and unmarked. No dust jackets. Price includes extra mailing costs due to weight.
