Forest green cloth with gilt titles on spine, 4to, 1,016 pages, full of black and white photographs, green marbled endpapers and text block edges, inscribed, "To Miss Barbara Elliott/ with sincere regards/ Charles Henry Carey" on title page; in excellent condition, pages are clean, binding is tight. Barbara Elliot Davis is the namesake of the Oregon Historical Society Davies Family Research Library.
