Illustrated, including 15 plates; 9 diagrams of buildings and grounds, some are fold-out formats. Prior owner's name stamps strikethrough on endpaper and outer edge; a few pages have small closed edge tears, including two of the fold-out plates' bottom edge- minor flaw. Front and rear hinge cracks repaired. Gilt spine slightly faded from age. Corners slightly rubbed and bumped. Scarce. . First Edition. Original Cloth. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
