Oxford, University Press, 1839. Hardback, approx 11 x 7 inches. In dark maroon/purple fine-diced cloth with blind embossed decoration to boards. Later black leather spine label. In very good condition. Professionally rebacked on spine. Boards faded on top edges, corners bumped and chipped. Later endpapers inside boards, alongside original yellow free-endpaper halves. Inscription to front dated 1840. Some minor foxing spots to prelims. Some minor light spots to pages, else pages overall very clean and tight throughout. Else a very good clean and tight copy. xiii + 964pp.
