1875-76, 8 volume hardcover set as pictured. These are beautifully bound volumes with moderate wear. Bindings are firm in all. 3/4 bound in red leather and marbled paper. Boards are rubbed and scuffed with considerable edge wear and exposed cardboard at corners. Edges of text blocks marbled. Text is age tanned but appears clean and unmarked. The lower corner of the first few pages of volume 8 has water staining. Volumes 1, 2, 5 & 7 include fold out maps. Your purchase helps support our small village library. s OD1
