Lacking title page; photocopies of missing pages laid in. Starts with map, then preface; all pages begining with preface are complete, with the following noted: page 546 is mistyped as page 446; page 547 is mistyped as 447 and page 548 is mistyped as 584; pages 511-514 in part II are missing. Also, in part I, after the 1st Book of the 1st part ends on page 184, a new page 181 (which is the beginning of the 2nd Book of Part I) begins. Seven of eight maps are present: Part I: map from pages 56-57 is misplaced at the front of the book; 108: map is present but detached; 152: map is present; 218: map is present but misplaced right before First Book; 350: map is present. Part II: 270- present; 386-87 present, lacking map on page 388 of the second part. Preface and Table of Contents precede part I. Concludes, after Part II, followed by Chronological Table; Alphabetical Table. Missing Alphabetical Table of the Third, Fourth and Fifth parts with the colophon. Bottom margin dampstained and deteriorating. Some tears. Hinges cracked, cloth worn and stained. ; quarto .
