In this book, the author tells of the dramatic race by the underground movements all over Europe to halt Hitler's secret super-weapons program that threatened to change the course of the war. There was a race in Germany over which rocket, the V1 or the V2 would be the main weapon used over Europe and of the underground groups recover information and fragments of fired weapons to sent back to London. After Normandy, the Germans used thousands of V1 and V2 rockets on London, Antwerp, and other major cities. The war ended and the German experts were shuttled off to the US. A clean very presentable copy.
