[2], 3-669, [5] pp. Contemporary calf with the spine in five compartments, gold lettering and gold rules on the spine. Not in Darlow and Moule (though other editions by Fanshaw are), not in Herbert. The boards moderately bowed, a contemporary inscription on the front flyleaf.
