London: Printed for W. Johnston, in Ludgate Street, 1759. Full-Leather. Slipcase/Good -. First Edition. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. Fair/No dust jacket. Book is encased in blk. slipcase w/leather binding, dinged on corner tips. Light brown Soft buckskin leather boards are rubbed & worn on corners & edges, at one time. book was repaired w/ 3 leather strips that run vertically along spine, owner's names and date penned on front endpaper (1820), Frontispiece woodblock print of Christ on the throne surrounded by angels, illustrated w/several woodblock prints, pages are (of course) browned, foxing to endpapers, light foxing & soiling randomly throughout but surprisingly text is basically bright and certainly legible . 280pp. . Hardcover. F. 1759.
