Probable ex-library copy but only has a small code# on the front free endpaper, tape stains in the endpapers from securing a protective cover, the rear free endpaper has a small corner torn away, some light foxing, a pen mark on one text page, tape stains on the boards. The dust jacket is bright and not price clipped but each flap corner has been slightly trimmed, each flap end has a tape stain, light rust stain, chipped at crown of spine, in a clear film protective sleeve.
Sinopsis
John Russell has been raised as an Apache. Now he's on his way to live as a white man. But when the stagecoach passengers learn who he is, they want nothing to do with him -- until outlaws ride down on them and they must rely on Russell's guns and his ability to lead them out of the desert. He can't ride with them, but they must walk with him or die.
