Webster Publishing Co, 1939. Illustrated throughout with color, B&W art reproductions, and maps. Color frontispiece of Warwick Castle, England - From such old castles the crusaders rode. Pages clean, unmarked, binding tight, very slight lean to spine. Pictorial boards, black and red decorations and lettering, clean, colors bright, sunned spine and edges, a little shelf wear. In the preface the authors point out that young Americans must have some conception of the Old-World past before they can intelligently undertake the serious study of the history of this country. Usual ex-libri markings. Media Mail, Priority & most international shipping include free tracking information. Every book listed is located in my smoke free and climate controlled shop. Domestic and International priority rates are based on books up to 4 lbs which will fit into a "Flat Rate" envelope. We will contact you with quotes for heavier books or multiple book orders. I endeavour to describe all items correctly but if you find a mistake or omission in the description I will gladly accept a return and I will refund the cost of the book. The item[s] need to be returned within 3 days of receipt and need to be received in the same condition as they were sent. I would prefer it if you could take a minute to contact me to resolve any issues before a return is arranged, possibly making a return unnecessary.
